How can I track my delivery order?
Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your order number. Use the tracking form above or check your email for real-time updates on your delivery status. You can also call us at +61 3 8688 7141 for assistance.
What if my order arrives cold or incorrect?
We take food quality seriously! If your order arrives cold or incorrect, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Can I schedule a delivery for later?
Yes! You can schedule your delivery up to 7 days in advance. Simply select your preferred delivery time during checkout. Scheduled orders are prepared fresh and dispatched to arrive at your chosen time.
Do you offer contactless delivery?
Absolutely! Select "Contactless Delivery" at checkout and provide specific instructions for where to leave your order. Our driver will place your food in the designated spot, take a photo confirmation, and notify you via SMS.
